Transition to FMCA 2013 As required by clause 30 of Schedule 4 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, SeaDragon Limited (NZX:SEA) of 12 Nayland Road, Stoke, Nelson, New Zealand informs shareholders that it has transitioned to the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.
