BNZ announces amendments to Note Deed Poll

Exchange announcement 12 June 2017 BNZ announces amendments to Note Deed Poll Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) gives notice of amendments to the note deed poll dated 14 November 2013 (as amended by an amending deed dated 4 April 2014) (Deed Poll) under which BNZ may issue medium term notes (MTNs) from time to time. BNZ currently has two series of MTNs issued under the Deed Poll quoted on the NZX Debt Market (NZX ticker codes BNZ100 and BNZ110). The amendments that relate to the MTNs are necessary or advisable to comply with changes to New Zealand's withholding tax regime or are of a technical or administrative nature only.
