Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Client and Data Services Date: Monday, 3 July 2017 Subject: Energy Mad Limited ("MAD") - Late Annual Report Notification Message: Special Division of New Zealand Markets Disciplinary Tribunal ("NZMDT") advises that Energy Mad Limited has not issued to NZX its Annual Report for the period ending 31 March 2017 which, under NZX Main Board/Debt Market Listing Rule 10.4.1 was due to be announced to NZX on or before Friday, 30 June 2017. Pursuant to Footnote 2 of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 5.4.3, if an Issuer has not issued its Annual Report within 5 business days of the due date, trading of that Issuer's securities will be suspended until the Issuer has issued its Annual Report. Accordingly, if MAD does not provide its Annual Report by market close on Friday, 7 July 2017, NZMDT gives notice that trading in the above named securities will be suspended, effect from market open on Monday, 10 July 2017.
