Pursuant to the Agreement JJY subscribed for 44,873,240 of new ordinary shares in the Issuer at an issue price of $0.0775 per share on the date of this notice. JJY nominated its wholly owned subsidiary, Weihai Station Limited (Weihai) to receive the shares on its behalf. Weihai is now transferring the legal interest in 44,873,240 ordinary shares to the beneficial owner, JJY.
