Mr Chow said "Mr Webber has made a valuable contribution to CGL however the workload and demands on his time from his role with Inno Capital mean that he is unable to devote time to CGL, the listed entity. Mr Webber's resignation will take effect immediately. We thank Mr Webber for his contribution to the set up of CGL, and we will continue to work closely with him in the Inno Capital business".
