Industry veteran to lead Orion Health’s U.S. operation

1 September 2017 Industry veteran to lead Orion Health's U.S. operation Orion Health Group Limited (OHE: NZX/ASX) has appointed health IT veteran Terry Macaleer to head its U.S. operation. Mr Macaleer has helped establish two successful health IT enterprise software companies, both of which achieved multi-million dollar sales. He was a co-founder of Eclipsys, a publicly traded electronic health records company that later merged with Allscripts. Mr Macaleer then went on to found Carefx, a software company that streamlines and simplifies clinical and business workflow and connects care providers to the information they need. Following this he was Senior Vice President of Sales at AllScripts for six years.
