Appointment of Michelle Jablko as Alternate Director

ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (ANZ NZ) announced today that ANZ NZ Director, Shayne Elliott, intends to appoint Michelle Jablko as his Alternate Director. Ms Jablko is Chief Financial Officer for the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited. A graduate in law and economics from Monash University in Melbourne, Ms Jablko worked as a lawyer at Allens Linklaters before becoming a Managing Director of UBS Australia and then going on to be Managing Director and Co-Head of Greenhill Australia. Ms Jablko's appointment is subject to a letter of non-objection being received from the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.
