04 September 2017 To: Australian Securities Exchange New Zealand Stock Exchange Kathmandu Holdings Limited Executive team changes Kathmandu's Chief Executive Officer Xavier Simonet today announced changes to its Executive team structure, enhancing the leadership team capability to support future business development. Reuben Casey, the Company's current Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed to the newly created position of Chief Operating and Financial Officer. Reuben will continue with his CFO responsibilities, and will be responsible for leading the Company's management teams across the finance, merchandise planning, supply chain, legal, property and store development functions. Mark Handy has been appointed to a new Executive role of General Manager Merchandising. Mark joined Kathmandu in 2010 and has over 25 years experience in retail merchandise planning, including senior roles at Marks and Spencer (UK) and Glassons.
