The issue of Options and shares under the Option Plan was approved by the Board on 20 August 2014. The issue of shares under the PSR plan was approved by the Board on 20 August 2014. Employees exercising PSRs issued under the 2014 issue of the Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Performance Share Rights Plan. 9,400 PSRs were exercised on 15 September 2017 and 9,400 shares were issued.
