Retirement of Steve Bootten

The Directors advise that Steve Bootten and Dianne McAteer will be retiring from the Board by rotation at the Company's Annual Meeting of shareholders to be held on 31 October 2017. While both Steve and Dianne are eligible for re-election to the Board, only Dianne is offering herself for re-election at the Annual Meeting. The decision by Steve not to offer himself for re-election means that he will retire from the Board at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting. The Directors take this opportunity to thank, on behalf of shareholders, management and staff, Steve for his contribution to the Board and the Company over the last two years.
