Details of transactions and events giving rise to relevant event Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure: On 29 September 2017, shareholders approved the acquisition of 43,047,167 shares in G3 Group Limited in exchange for an equivalent limited partnership interest in Wilshire Investments LP (as described further in the agreements attached to the notice filed on 7 September 2017 and as also described in G3 Group Limited notice of annual meeting dated 14 September 2017). The transaction settled today with the result that Wilshire Investments LP is now the beneficial owner of the shares acquired and will become the registered holder following completion of registration of the shares acquired.
