Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Client and Data Services Date: 26 October 2017 Subject: Chow Group Limited ("CGL") Share Consolidation Message: On Tuesday, 17 October 2017, Chow Group Limited (CGL) announced that the Directors of CGL have resolved to consolidate the existing ordinary shares on issue in CGL. Every 50 shares held in CGL at 5:00pm on Wednesday, 1 November 2017 (the Record Date) will be consolidated into 1 share. In order for the Consolidation to be processed, the ordinary shares of Chow Group Limited trading under the ticker code "CGL" and ISIN NZHSIE0001S5 will be placed into a trading halt before market open on Tuesday, 31 October 2017. Trading in CGL will resume on Thursday, 2 November 2017. Fractional entitlement to Shares which arise as a result of the Consolidation will be rounded to the nearest whole number of Shares (and a fractional entitlement to half a Share will be rounded up).
