Director’s Loan Repayment

In October 2013, GeoOp Ltd made two interest-free loans of NZD 200,000 each to Viv Brownrigg and Mark Weldon as part of arrangements under which they subscribed for an equivalent amount in shares. These loans were due to be repaid in cash on or before 31 October 2018. Viv Brownrigg has repaid her loan early, with repayment received on (date).
