Opus Appoints New Board Members Opus International Consultants Limited (Opus) announced today the appointment of three new non-independent Directors to the Board. This announcement follows confirmation of WSP NZ Acquisition Limited (WSP) as the dominant owner of Opus earlier this week. New board appointments are WSP executives Bruno Roy, Chief Financial Officer; Paul Dollin, Chief Operating Officer; and Guy Templeton, President and CEO, Australia and New Zealand. Resigning from the Opus board are Dato' Azmir Merican, Low Chee Yen and Elakumari Kantilal. Keith Watson, independent director and Chair of the Opus Board says, "We extend a warm welcome to our WSP colleagues Bruno Roy, Paul Dollin and Guy Templeton to our Board of Directors.
