GMT Bond Issuer Limited (NZX Code: GMB) ("Issuer") (a wholly owned subsidiary of Goodman Property Trust ("GMT" or "Trust")) confirms that its offer ("Offer") of fixed rate senior secured bonds ("Goodman+Bonds") announced on 19 February 2018 has closed. The Issuer has accepted NZ$100 million (including $25 million of oversubscriptions) under the Offer. The Goodman+Bonds, which have an interest rate of 4.00% per annum and mature on 1 September 2023, are expected to be issued by the Issuer on 1 March 2018 and to commence trading on the NZX Debt Market on 2 March 2018.
