GEO appoints Rochelle Lewis as Chief Financial Officer

GEO appoints Rochelle Lewis as Chief Financial Officer GeoOp Ltd (the Company, GEO) announces the appointment of Rochelle Lewis as Chief Financial Officer, and Ross O'Neill as Company Secretary. Rochelle Lewis Ms. Lewis will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer with effect from 2 April 2018. She has been the Company's Financial Controller since June 2017. Based in Sydney, Rochelle has 18 years of experience in finance and accounting roles and joined GEO from another technology company. Prior to this she worked at Ellerston Capital, Credit Suisse and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Rochelle is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Ross O'Neill Mr. O'Neill will join GEO from 2 April as Company Secretary, bringing extensive experience legal and secretarial experience with NZX listed companies. Ross is a former Kensington Swan partner, a former General Counsel/Company Secretary of Contact Energy, and provides secretarial services to a number of companies. Rachel White Ms. White will resign with effect from 30 March 2018. She has been the Company's Interim Chief Financial Officer since 13 November 2017 and previously served in the same role from October 2015 to July 2016.
