FOREIGN & COLONIAL INVESTMENT TRUST PLC LEI: 213800W6B18ZHTNG7371 FINAL DIVIDEND FOR 2017 Two quarterly dividends of 2.50 pence per share were paid in August 2017 and November 2017 and a third interim dividend payment of 2.70 pence per share was paid in February 2018. The final dividend is scheduled for payment in May 2018 subject to shareholder approval. The Directors of the Company have therefore resolved that a final dividend of 2.70 pence per ordinary share be paid in respect of the year ended 31 December 2017 on 1 May 2018 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 3 April 2018.
