The Co-operative Bank – Director Retirement

The Co-operative Bank Limited (The Co-operative Bank) advises that Steven Fyfe has notified of his intention to retire as a director, effective from the conclusion of the Bank's Annual General Meeting on 28 June 2018. Mr Fyfe, who has been a Director of The Co-operative Bank since 2011 and Chairman since 2012, is retiring by rotation under The Co-operative Bank constitution in 2018 and is not seeking re-election. Brendan O'Donovan (who joined the Board in 2012) has been appointed as the next Chairman, effective from the conclusion of the 2018 Annual General Meeting, subject to confirmation of his appointment from The Reserve Bank.
