Shareholder Director election result The MTF Annual Meeting was held in Christchurch on 15 March 2018. Graeme Gibbons retired, as a shareholder director, by rotation and being eligible offered himself for re-election. Grant Woolford accepted a nomination for a shareholder director position and being eligible offered himself for election. Voting was by way of poll with the results as follows: Candidate Votes for % of votes for Graeme Gibbons 3,379,805 45.7% Grant Woolford 3,986,637 53.9% As a result of the poll the shareholders passed the resolution to appoint Grant Woolford as director of MTF, effective 15 March 2018. Grant Woolford is managing director of The Cyclespot Group who have been a shareholder in MTF for 33 years. The board, management and staff would like to take the opportunity to thank Graeme Gibbons for his 28 years of service to the company. Graeme has been a director of MTF since 1990 and has overseen the company during several periods of significant challenge and change.
