BNZ announces changes to Executive Team

Exchange announcement 23 March 2018 BNZ announces changes to Executive Team BNZ announced today that Richard Griffiths, Director, Transformation and Enterprise Performance, and David Moloney, Director, Strategy and Planning, have resigned from BNZ, effective 18 April 2018. BNZ's Chief Executive Officer, Angela Mentis acknowledged the significant contribution that Richard and David have both made in their time at BNZ. Ms Mentis said the appointment of a new Director of Transformation and Strategy would be announced in due course. In addition, BNZ also announced today the appointment of Mr Peter MacGillivray, currently BNZ's acting Chief Financial Officer, as Chief Financial Officer, effective 26 March 2018, subject to Reserve Bank of New Zealand non-objection. This follows the decision by Ms Mandy Rutherford to withdraw from taking up the role.
