Thursday, 17 May 2018 Emerging Markets Fund Distribution - May 2018 The Smartshares Emerging Markets Fund (EMF) invests in the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets ETF, which is designed to track the return on the FTSE Emerging Markets All Cap China A Inclusion Index. EMF pays semi-annual distributions, where available, based on income received during that distribution calculation period from the underlying Fund. For the period 15 November 2017 to 15 May 2018, the Fund has not received sufficient income to pay a distribution and cover forecast taxes and expenses. As a result, EMF will not pay a distribution for the period ending 31 May 2018.
