Exchange announcement 23 May 2018 BNZ announces changes to Executive Team BNZ announced today the following appointments, subject to Reserve Bank of New Zealand non-objection: Mr Howard Silby as Chief Operating Officer, Customer, Products and Services, effective 19 June 2018. Mr Dean Schmidt as Executive General Manager, Corporate Affairs, effective 23 July 2018. Mr Russell Jones as Executive General Manager, Technology and Operations, effective mid-August 2018. Mr Rob Aitken as Executive General Manager, Transformation and Strategy, effective mid-August 2018. In addition, BNZ announced that Ms Shelley Ruha, formerly Director, Partners is now Chief Customer Officer, Partners; Mr Paul Carter, formerly Director, Retail and Marketing is now Chief Customer Officer, Consumer and Wealth; and Ms Kate Daly, formerly Director, People and Communications is now Chief People Officer.
