Intention to delist from the NZAX

8 June 2018 Intention to delist from the NZAX Chow Group Limited (CGL) refers to the acquisition notice sent to shareholders late yesterday, 7 June 2018, by John Chow and Michael Chow in relation to their acquisition of the remaining shares in CGL through the Takeovers Code compulsory acquisition process. John Chow and Michael Chow have advised CGL that they intend to complete the compulsory acquisition process by 29 June 2018. As referred to in CGL's previous announcement, dated 31 May 2018 (available at: https://www.nzx.com/announcements/318803), it is the intention of the board to delist CGL from the NZAX as soon as possible following completion of the compulsory acquisition process.
