11 June 2018 Intention to delist from the NZAX. Further to its previous announcements, Chow Group Limited (CGL) advises that it intends to delist from the NZAX on 29 June 2018, following the completion of the compulsory acquisition process being undertaken by John Chow and Michael Chow. A copy of the acquisition notice and related documents released by John Chow and Michael Chow is available at https://www.nzx.com/announcements/319060 Trading in CGL shares will be suspended after close of market trading on 13 June 2018 in anticipation of delisting. The proposed timetable for the delisting is as follows: Date and time Event 7 June 2018 Acquisition notice sent by John Chow and Michael Chow to all outstanding CGL shareholders in relation to their compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares in CGL. After close of market trading on 13 June 2018 CGL's shares to be suspended from trading on the NZAX. 11.59pm on 28 June 2018 Deadline for outstanding CGL shareholders to return executed instruments of transfer to John Chow and Michael Chow. 29 June 2018 Date on which John Chow and Michael Chow intend to complete the compulsory acquisition process.
