Pursuant to Footnote 4 of NZAX Listing Rule 5.4.1(b), NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that the final day of trading in CGL will be Wednesday, 13 June 2018 prior to being suspended at close of business. CGL intends to be delisted and its ordinary shares will cease to be quoted from close of business on Friday 29 June 2018.
