The trading halt was placed at pre market open this morning. OCA has sought a trading halt following a notification from Oceania Healthcare Holdings Limited ("OHHL") that OHHL intends to undertake a sale of up to 95,000,000 ordinary shares in OCA. The trading halt will remain until the earlier of: o an announcement by OCA relating to the outcome of the sell-down as notified to it by OHHL; or o the open of trading on NZX on Thursday, 6 September 2018.
