Announcement of 2018 Dividend The Board of Directors of Just Water International Limited are pleased to announce that a net fully-imputed dividend of 2.2 cents per share will be declared in respect of the year ended 30 June 2018. The record date for the dividend will be 2nd November 2018 and the payment date will be 16th November 2018. The company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRP") where shareholders can elect to receive their dividends in shares in lieu of cash dividends. The DRP issue price is determined according to the weighted average sale price for all the Company's ordinary shares sold on the NZAX on the ten Business Days before the relevant Record Date, less a discount of 2.5%. The Harvard Group has advised it will not be participating in the dividend reinvestment plan.
