Directors Nomination Closing Date

Just Water International Limited (NZAX: JWI) would like to advise that at the Company's annual meeting on 6th December 2018 Hilary Poole will retire in accordance with the Company's constitution and the NZAX Listing Rules. Hilary Poole is eligible and as such offers herself for re-election. Nominations for directors are now being accepted by the Company. The closing date for nominations is Friday, 9th November 2018.
