David Lane appointed to NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal

13 September 2018 David Lane appointed to NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal NZX is pleased to announce the appointment of David Lane to the New Zealand Markets Disciplinary Tribunal for a three year term. David is the Head of Equities at UBS New Zealand Limited. The Financial Markets Authority has confirmed the appointment. NZX Head of Market Supervision Joost van Amelsfort commented: "NZX welcomes David Lane as a member of the New Zealand Markets Disciplinary Tribunal. David has worked in New Zealand's capital markets for more than twenty years, and brings a wealth of experience that will be of great benefit to the Tribunal." David has worked at UBS New Zealand Limited since 1999. He has held several roles including Head of Research and Head of NZ Equities Advisory. David graduated from the University of Greenwich in London (BA Hons), majoring in Econometrics. He also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
