Els de Groot proposed as Chief Risk Officer Rabobank

The Supervisory Board of Rabobank intends to appoint Els de Groot as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and member of the Managing Board of Rabobank. Els de Groot will succeed Petra van Hoeken in these roles. The appointment of Els de Groot is pending regulatory approval and a positive recommendation by the Works Council. We expect that the approval processes will be completed by the end of 2018.
