Dividend Announcement (Appendix 4 dates corrected)

2018 Dividend The Board of Directors of Just Water International Limited are pleased to confirm the announcement of a net fully-imputed dividend of 2.2 cents per share with a record date of the 2nd November 2018 and the payment date of 16th November 2018. Appendix 4 detailing the payment details of the dividend is attached. Please note the dates have been corrected on Appendix 4. The dates noted above remain correct. The company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRP") where shareholders can elect to receive their dividends in shares in lieu of cash dividends. The DRP issue price is determined according to the weighted average sale price for all the Company's ordinary shares sold on the NZAX on the ten Business Days before the relevant Record Date, less a discount of 2.5%. The Harvard Group has advised it will not be participating in the dividend reinvestment plan.
