Just Water International Limited Annual Meeting - Results 2018 At the Just Water International Limited Annual Meeting in Auckland today the shareholders were asked to vote on four resolutions, all of which were supported by the board. All resolutions were decided by a show of hands. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: Resolution 1: Annual Report "That the Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2018, including the Auditor's Report, be received. For: 17 Against:1 Resolution 2: Auditor "That the Board of Directors of the Company be authorised to fix the auditor's remuneration for the ensuing year." For: 15 Against: 3 Resolution 3: Election of Hilary Poole as Director "That Hilary Poole be elected as a director of Just Water International Ltd." For: 17 Against: 1 Resolution 4: Director remuneration "That the maximum aggregate amount of remuneration payable to all Directors of the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company taken together (in their capacity as Directors) be increased from $130,000 per annum to a maximum of $200,000 (plus GST, if any) per annum with this sum available to be paid to the Directors of the Company as the Board considers appropriate." For: 12 Against: 4 Pursuant to the NZAX Listing Rules, each of the Directors of the Company (including the Chairperson) and their respective Associated Persons (as defined in the NZAX Listing Rules) were disqualified from voting on Resolution 4 (Director remuneration).
