Appointment of Independent Director The directors of Just Water International Limited (NZAX: JWI) are pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Carver as an independent director of Just Water International Limited with effect from the 1st March 2019. Richard is the Managing Director and co-owner of Jennian Homes Ltd and has been an independent director of JWI's subsidiary company, Hometech Ltd, since August 2018. Stephen Bootten, an independent director of JWI, has also been appointed as an independent director of Hometech Ltd effective the 1st March 2019.
