Notice of Migration to Main Board

Just Water, Just Life - Notice of Migration to NZX Main Board. Just Water International Ltd (JWI) (to be renamed Just Life Group Ltd (JLG) effective 1st March 2019) advises that it intends to migrate its listing from the NZAX market to the NZX Main Board. JWI's last day of listing on the NZAX market will be the 28th February 2019. JWI anticipates that its ordinary shares will commence trading on the NZX Main Board at 10 am on the 1st March 2019. As a result of this migration, JWI will be required to comply with the NZX Listing Rules dated 1 January 2019, from the 1st March 2019. The ticker code will change on the 1st March 2019 from JWI to JLG. The Company has been listed on the NZAX since 2004. The Company has also consolidated its management and board. The Just Life Group board will comprise of the independent directors Hilary Poole (Chair), Steve Bootten, and newly appointed Richard Carver. Richard Carver currently sits on the board of Hometech Ltd. The long-standing directors Tony Falkenstein (Executive Director) and Ian Malcolm (Non-Executive Director) will also continue to sit on the board. Each of these directors will also sit on the Hometech Ltd board in the same role. Tony Falkenstein is Group Chief Executive of Just Life Group Ltd and Eldon Roberts is Group Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer of Just Life Group. Warren Drinkwater is the General Manager of Hometech Ltd and Lynne Banks has recently been appointed General Manager of Just Water New Zealand.
