16 May 2019 ANNOUNCEMENT CBL Corporation Limited Our announcement of 13 May 2019 advised that we were asking the High Court for approval to provide statutory reports and other documents to shareholders by posting them on the KordaMentha website. The High Court has now given its approval. Accordingly, the liquidators will not send shareholders the reports that are required under the Companies Act. Shareholders can instead access those reports, when they are issued, using: o The KordaMentha website: https://www.kordamentha.com/creditors/cbl-corporation o The New Zealand Companies Office register: https://companies-register.companiesoffice.govt.nz/ The first liquidators' report will be issued by 14 June 2019. The report will include a copy of the relevant High Court order and our application.
