6 June 2019 EROAD Limited will hold its Annual Shareholders Meeting at North Lounge, QBE Stadium, Stadium Drive, Albany on Thursday 1 August 2019 at 4:45pm. The time and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders. For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is Friday 21 June 2019. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date.
