12 June 2019 TeamTalk confirms name and ticker change to Vital on 1 July 2019 We become Vital Limited from 1 July 2019. Since we announced that TeamTalk and CityLink were moving to a single brand, Vital, on 30 April 2019, we have been encouraged by the excitement and support our customers, shareholders, suppliers and staff have shown for our new Vital brand. It is now time to move to the next step of aligning our NZX ticker code and legal company names to our new Vital brand. Therefore on Monday 1 July 2019 TeamTalk Limited's legal name will change to Vital Limited and our NZX ticker code will become 'VTL'. CityLink Limited's legal name will change to Vital Data Limited. Your ownership will continue in its current form, and automatically come under the new Vital name and you will receive all Company communications as usual.
