General Capital Ltd (GEN) the listed Financial Services Group has issued the first tranche of Warrants to Directors and Senior Managers. Mr. Rewi Bugo, Chair of General Capital said, "The Warrants were approved at the Shareholder meeting on 29 November 2018. We have considered this carefully and issued 12,650,000 of the 20,000,000 GENWB Warrants approved by shareholders. We see this is a key factor in having all those responsible for the success of the Group to be focused on Shareholder value.
