BFG Annual Shareholder meeting results

Results of Burger Fuel Group Limited 26 September 2019 At Burger Fuel Group Limited's shareholder meeting, held in Grey Lynn, Auckland today, the 26th September 2019, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions and one special resolution, which were all supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: o That Peter Brook be re-elected as a director of BFG. o That the Board be authorised to fix the auditor's remuneration for the ensuing year. o That the existing constitution of the Company is revoked, and a new Company constitution is adopted with effect from the close of the meeting.
