Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Tuesday, 1 October 2019 Subject: Barramundi Limited ("BRMWE") - Final Exercise Date Message: Following the announcement by Barramundi Limited ("BRM") on Monday, 30 September 2019, NZX Operations ("NZXO") advises that the final exercise date for the BRM warrants ("BRMWE") is Friday, 25 October 2019. Any BRMWE warrants not exercised by 5pm on Friday, 25 October 2019 will lapse and all rights in regards to them will expire. The final day of trading in BRMWE will be Wednesday, 23 October 2019 prior to the warrants being halted and suspended at close of business.
