PACIFIC DAWN LIMITED EXERCISES WARRANTS

Good Spirits Hospitality Limited ("GSH") announces that its financier, Pacific Dawn Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Nomura Asia Pacific Holdings Co. Ltd.), has exercised all its warrants in GSH and will be issued 10,759,072 shares in GSH on 31 October 2019, representing 19.9% of all shares on issue in GSH following issue. The warrants were approved by shareholders at a shareholders' meeting of GSH on 25 June 2018.
