26 November 2019 NZX Announcement The Co-operative Bank - Director Change The Co-operative Bank Limited (the Bank) announces the following director changes effective 1 December 2019: o For personal reasons Brendan O'Donovan has decided to retire as Chairman of the Bank Board but will continue as a Director of the Bank. The Board have appointed Sarah Haydon as the new Chairman. o As a consequence of the above change, Sarah Haydon will be replaced as Chairman of the Audit Committee. The Board have appointed existing Director Brett Sutton as the new Audit Committee Chairman. Both changes are subject to non-objection from the Reserve Bank.
