Sale by Oceania Healthcare Holdings Limited Oceania Healthcare Limited ("OCA") advises that it has been informed by Oceania Healthcare Holdings Limited ("OHHL") that OHHL has successfully completed the bookbuild process for the sale of 251,202,979 ordinary shares in OCA at a price of NZ$1.20 per share. The transaction was fully underwritten with the shares sold to a range of New Zealand and Australian institutional investors, and New Zealand retail investors. Following settlement of the sale, OHHL will not hold any shares in OCA. OCA has requested NZX and ASX to remove the trading halt in respect of its ordinary shares (ticker code "OCA").
