F&C INVESTMENT TRUST PLC LEI: 213800W6B18ZHTNG7371 FINAL DIVIDEND FOR 2019 Two quarterly dividends of 2.90 pence per share were paid in August 2019 and November 2019 and a third interim dividend payment of 2.90 pence per share was paid in January 2020. The final dividend is scheduled for payment in May 2020 subject to shareholder approval. The Directors of the Company have therefore resolved that a final dividend of 2.90 pence per ordinary share be paid in respect of the year ended 31 December 2019 on 13 May 2020 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 17 April 2020.
