NZX Release 18 March 2020 Withdrawal of Asset Plus Rights Offer Augusta Capital Limited notes this morning's announcement that Asset Plus Limited has decided to withdraw its $100m rights issue that was due to open on Thursday, 19 March 2020 and terminate the underwriting agreement with Jarden. As a result of that termination, Augusta's commitment to subscribe for $5 million under that rights issue has been automatically terminated under the terms of the commitment.
