The trading halt was placed pre-market open today. The trading halt has been put in place while VGL undertakes a placement and institutional component of an accelerated pro rata entitlement offer, as announced by the company today at 8.32am. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of: 1) VGL releasing an announcement stating the outcome of the placement and institutional component of the accelerated entitlement offer; or 2) Market open on Monday 20 April 2020.
