Cannasouth Limited (NZX:CBD) announces that the 2020 Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held on Thursday, 11 June 2020, commencing at 11.00am. This will be an online meeting - further details for participation and voting online will be included in the formal Notice of Annual Shareholders Meeting which will be released in May. The Company also advises that the closing date for Director nominations is Friday, 8 May 2020. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date. Nominations must be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person nominated.
