The trading halt was placed pre-market open this morning. The trading halt has been put in place while CVT undertakes a placement and institutional component of an accelerated pro rata entitlement offer, as announced by the company today at 8:49 am. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of: 1) CVT releasing an announcement stating the outcome of the placement and institutional component of the accelerated entitlement offer; or 2) Market open on Friday, 29 May 2020.
