At the Annual Shareholder Meeting of Cannasouth Limited (NZX:CBD) held online on 11 June 2020 on Link Market Services virtual platform, shareholders were asked to vote on 1 resolution, which was supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: 1.
