Vital 2020 Notice of Meeting

2 October 2020 Notice is given that the Annual Meeting of Vital Limited will be held at Prefab Hall, 14 Jessie Street, Te Aro, Wellington on Wednesday 21 October 2020 commencing at 4:00pm (New Zealand time). Shareholders are also able to attend the Annual Meeting online via the Link Market Services Virtual Annual Meeting platform at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/vtl20. To ensure the safety of our team and shareholders, Vital has made the decision that the in-person element of the AGM will only go ahead if Wellington is at COVID-19 alert level 1 on 21 October 2020. Should Wellington be at COVID-19 alert level 2 or above on 21 October 2020, the AGM will be held as a virtual only meeting. We note that the post AGM shareholder updates that have previously been held in Auckland and Christchurch will not be held this year. Shareholders will be sent the attached Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form.
